Context / Overview
Due to high volume corporate and call center email being processed by Advantage, the requirement was to implement a system that would divert the workload from Advanaage, reducing the eventual NAC related emails only that get inserted into the Advantage database.
The design from the Servisbot project was taken and implemented, with a corporate email filter that then send all emails to AWs SES (simple email service) and then get filtered by a simple lambda function.

Use Case To reduce the total emails being processed by Advantage.
